Staff Spotlight: Nicole Pelliciari & Laura Henderson

Every so often we’d like to draw attention to the amazing staff that we have here at CNNH. We kick off this series by spotlighting two incredible women who are passionate about their work and those in their care. We’d like to introduce you to “Nicole & Laura” – Nicole Pellicari and Laura Henderson – co-directors of our Behavioral Department.

 

Nicole and Laura have each been in the field of behavior for 15 years and part of the CNNH team for seven. Both are Master’s level clinicians and Board Certified Behavior Analysts. Laura and Nicole have diverse backgrounds working in outpatient, residential, and school settings, as well as with a variety of diagnoses including but not limited to Autism, Down Syndrome, ADHD, Anxiety, and general behavior disorders.

At CNNH Nicole and Laura provide on site consultation to our families in the office, conduct and oversee ABA therapy programming, provide supervision for both bachelors and masters level clinicians seeking their board certification in behavior, and provide offsite consultation to various school districts in New Jersey assisting in the development of Autism classrooms, conducting functional behavior assessments (FBAs), and providing support in self-contained  settings.

Nicole and Laura are both are dedicated to their work and their team. They share being most excited about the opportunity to work hands on with families and colleagues knowing the work and collaboration could potentially enhance the quality of life for the families and individuals who are in their care.
