CNNH is looking for energetic BCBAs (Board Certified Behavioral Analysts) to join our growing team in the Voorhees area in providing exceptional behavioral support to clients diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other behavioral and social/communication issues. Knowledge of early childhood development and autism assessment tools and procedures is required. The BCBA will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive treatment plans and supervising and training a team of ABA therapists who will assist in implementing the plans. CNNH is looking for passionate individuals who are looking to join a team of talented professionals in the neurology, neuropsychology, pediatric development and behavioral analysis fields whose goal is to provide optimal treatment for clients.

The RBT will practice under close, ongoing supervision of a BCBA and will provide direct one on one behavior interventions in the form of ABA therapy to teach social skills, communication skills, daily living skills, desensitization to medical procedures, pre-academic skills, and academic skills utilizing methods developed out of the science of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). In addition, the RBT/ABA Therapist will be responsible for implementing behavior intervention plans developed by the Board Certified Behavior Analyst, as well as daily data collection on treatment program goals and target behavior.

Ideal candidates will be energetic and willing to work both independently and as a member of a passionate team to support young children with Autism. RBT Candidates preparing to take the examination will be compensated for ABA-related work for a specified period of time. Course and test fees will be provided to qualified candidates upon successful completion of the course exam.

RBT certification via the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) or currently enrolled in RBT coursework required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $20.00 /hour

Experience:
working in homes with families: 1 year (Required)
conducting ABA therapy in homes and community settings: 1 year (Required)
working with children on the autism spectrum: 1 year (Required)
working with children with challenging behaviors: 1 year (Required)
