CNNH SPRING BREAK WORKSHOP SERIES 2017
How can children tune into their bodies to enhance joy and self-expression? How can they use their breath to bring a sense of calm? Exploring movement and mindfulness in a relaxing and positive setting can enhance self-regulation, elicit emotional expression, and provoke an overall sense of joy and happiness. Participants will experience exercises that focus on body awareness, relaxation, and creativity.
