CNNH staff (and friends) take a team approach, both in patient-care and in community involvement. When staff are not caring for patients as a team they take pride in joining community events as a team to raise money for important causes, to stay fit and to support the community.

Philadelphia Women’s Triathlon 2018
Presented by Inspira Network, this exciting and unique event saw women take over the city of brotherly love! CNNH’s very own Pnina Mintz and Sandra Lewis proudly made it to the finish line in what was a grueling course of running, biking and swimming.
American Cancer Society Bike-A-Thon 2018
Dr. Mark Mintz once again participated in this annual event, riding his bike from Philadelphia all the way to Atlantic City! This year 207 teams and 3,349 participants raised over a million dollars!
Autism Speaks Walk South Jersey 2018
Team CNNH brought the whole family out for this annual walk and resource fair!
Israel Ride 2017
Drs. Mark and Pnina Mintz completed over 400+ miles of bike riding over 5 days across the terrain of Israel to raise funds for the Arava Institute, an academic institution that uses environmental challenges as a catalyst for peace and cooperation among Israelis, Palestinians and Jordanians, and NeurAbilities, a local non-profit empowering the lives of those afflicted with neurological disabilities.

On Sunday, November 2nd, Team CNNH supported the Autism Speaks Philadelphia Walk 2014 at the Phillies baseball stadium! Team CNNH participants that braved the windy weather included Robyn Ruggia, Mike Baniewicz, Jennifer Gavin, Sara Shane, and Matan Mintz.
Bike for Bancroft 2014
Team CNNH had a blast on Sunday, October 12th as a presenting sponsor of the 1st Annual Bike for Bancroft! Proceeds from the event helped support wellness initiatives and special events for persons served at Bancroft.
MS City-to-Shore 2014
Congratulations to Team CNNH members who biked National Multiple Sclerosis Society “City to Shore” on September 27th for the 8th consecutive year. The Team all made it safely to the boardwalk!

MS City-to-Shore 2013
For the 7th year in a row, Team CNNH rode in the Bike MS: City to Shore 2013 ride on Saturday, September 28th. The 75-mile trek began in Cherry Hill, NJ and finished at the boardwalk in Ocean City, NJ. This year’s riders included Sandra Lewis, James Young, Jean Young, Thomas Pfeffer, Sr., Tommy Pfeffer, Jr., Kenneth Schatz, Pnina Mintz and Mark Mintz. Team CNNH exceeded its goal by proudly raising over $3,000 for Multiple Sclerosis research!
ACS Bike-A-Thon 2013
Team CNNH took part in the 41st annual American Cancer Society Bike-A-Thon on Sunday, July 14 which began in Philadelphia and finished 65 miles away in Buena Vista, New Jersey!

On June 21st, Team CNNH had a blast strolling through Fairmount Park at the Epilepsy Foundation of Eastern Pennsylvania’s (EFEPA) Annual Summer Stroll!
SPEAK All Abilities Run/Walk/Wheel 2013
Many members of Team CNNH participated on Saturday, April 13 in the SPEAK run to support SPEAK in Voorhees, NJ which addresses special needs issues for children in the local community.
MS City to Shore 2012
Fifteen members strong, Team CNNH biked 75 miles from Cherry Hill to Ocean City, NJ on Saturday, September 29th to raise more than $6,000 for Multiple Sclerosis (MS). CNNH proudly ranked 10th in fundraising efforts among all participating “Organizations.”
The team included CNNH staff and friends of all ages and biking abilities. “This was our 6th year biking City to Shore for MS and it was a great day! We were proud to be among the nearly 8,000 riders raising money and awareness for MS,” commented Team CNNH captain and CNNH founder and president, Dr. Mark Mintz. “I invite and encourage others in the community to join our Team for these fun and worthy events. Not only will it change your life, it will change the life of individuals living with MS.”
Hightstown Triathlon 2012
On Sunday, September 23rd, 3 members of Team CNNH embarked on a new adventure – the Hightstown Triathlon. Sandra Lewis kicked off the relay with a 1/4 mile swim, Dr. Mark Mintz biked over 14 miles and Dr. Justin Boseck ran 3.1 miles. Teamwork at its best!
ACS Bike-a-Thon 2012
On July 8th, 6 members of Team CNNH participated in the 2012 American Cancer Society 40th Annual Bike-A-Thon to raise money and awareness for cancer research and programs. The CNNH Team raised over $1,000 for the event!
MS City to Shore 2011
Thirteen staff and friends of CNNH rode 75-miles from Cherry Hill to Ocean City, NJ on Saturday, September 24th and raised $5860 in support of finding a cure for Multiple Sclerosis. Every hour of every day, another person receives the life-changing diagnosis of MS. MS is a chronic disease of the central nervous system with no known cause or cure.
